Joint Meeting of Essex & Union Counties,(www.jmeuc.com.) a Wastewater Treatment facility located in Elizabeth, NJ, is seeking a full time, permanent Electrician to work with team members within the Electrical Department as well as with operational team members in other departments. Under the direction of the Electrical Supervisor, the qualified candidate must possess knowledge of industrial/commercial electrical circuitry and control systems, be able to read and follow schematics, comprehend wiring diagrams and prints and be familiar with approved methods. Candidate must be knowledgeable in NEC code requirements and safety standards.

The ideal candidate shall possess a minimum of 4 Years electrical experience, preferably in a wastewater or industrial environment. Candidate should have a valid NJ Electrical license (preferred), at a minimum, Qualified Journeyman Certificate. A valid driver’s license is required. Position is represented by Teamsters Local 641.

Salary range $34.00 ($66,372) to $39.26 ($81,660)
