You love dogs and you are comfortable working in an environment where dogs are off-leash.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure the Charlotte facility is maintained to a high standard
- Schedule needed repairs such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and irrigation
- Ensure all preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed by service providers
- Manage emergent equipment & facility issues to resolution
- Manage onsite troubleshooting/repairs
- Perform facility maintenance based on maintenance schedule and as needed
- Perform maintenance on equipment
- Keep internal storage areas organized and inventoried
- Place new equipment into service and document
- Maintain minimum on hand quantities for all equipment
- 1 years experience in a maintenance and repair role at a facility
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to manage projects to completion
