The Real Estate Manager will be responsible and manage the Sitewise Modeling/Whitespace Tool. Have a proven record of understanding financial returns/real estate modeling to help interpret and grow store count in a positive and accretive manner. They have demonstrated success in building relationships and working with executive management throughout the entire real estate process. This is a core role at the front end of the Support Team, Operations, Bakery Owners, and Finance to help lay the foundation for our growth goals both short term and long term.
Accountabilities/Duties:
- Oversee and manage the Sitewise Modeling Tool
- Assist in the creation of Territory Analysis Presentations within PowerPoint
- Run scenario analysis on macro-level territory optimization
- Run store-level modeling scenarios to help increase MSA Territory build-out
- Interface with Real Estate Team to help in site selection
- Work with Finance Team to review bakery level return targets
- Perform updated scenario and sensitivity analysis for market optimization
- Lead initial communication with bakery owners on territory definition and key site attributes
- Qualification of candidates and markets
- Coordinate and guide candidates through the screening process; interviews, financial approvals, work evaluations, discovery days

- Ability to lead, communicate, collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- 3-5 years' experience
- Commercial real estate experience required; restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Real Estate modeling experience - Sitewise, Buxton, or a comparable tool
- Some travel required - 35%
