Job Summary:

Location:

This position is performed on the road in the greater Seattle area. Our service range is: North: Everett Area, South: Federal Way Area, East: North Bend. Our shop is located in Pacific, WA. We try to keep our installers north or south of Seattle based on their residency with exceptions based on customer needs.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Gather info and details from our customers to provide professional plumbing services.

• Provide estimates on our tablet, Work with office staff to order or pick up material and fixtures from our shop to handle the customers needs.

• Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and work with a team leader to provide solutions.

Job Requirements / Skills:

• Understanding and follow through with 2 Sons Plumbing, Heating & Air Core Values and Mission Statement.

• Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners and team members.

• Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software.

• Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your findings in the field.

• Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations. Residential Plumbing experience is required!

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.

Qualifications:

• PL02 Card Required

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Residential plumbing and service background

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

• Great customer service skills

• The desire to provide exceptional customer service!

• Pass a background check
