The Director of Clinical Effectiveness and Quality is responsible for the overall accreditation and quality program at the Norton Healthcare facility being supported. This position manages the following departments Quality Resource Management, Infection Control, Medical Staff Office function, and Ostomy Nurse. This position is a key leader in Norton Healthcare’s Improvement Network and will continually seek to add value to the care provided to our patients through outcomes, safety, and service at the lowest possible cost. While this role is facility based, as part of the Improvement Network, the Director of Clinical Effectiveness and Quality will collaborate and work closely with other key leadership including those in Service Excellence, Care Management, and Clinical Effectiveness and Quality. This position is accountable to driving and sustaining performance excellence across the system through standardized process improvement strategies and best practice methodologies.
