Investment Operations Associate

Investment Operations Associate

• Responsible for running, validating, and publishing recurring monthly and quarterly performance, portfolio, exposure, cashflow, and benchmark reports.
• Responsible for working across teams on ad hoc data projects and analyses
• Assist in the development of new reports by working with internal teams and understand and document reporting needs
• Run quality assurance tests on reports in a development phase
• Assist in the maintenance of the firm wide data dictionary document business definitions of data assets as well as data quality controls and rules pertaining to data assets

Investment Operations Associate

• A bachelors degree in finance or accounting
• 1-4 of experience in a reporting, data analyst or business analyst role within the financial sector, ideally within alternative assets or private equity
• Ability to analyze investment cashflows, performance and benchmarking
• Highly proficient with Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, problem solve, and think outside the box
• Ability to quickly learn new financial models and calculations, with a strong attention to detail
