The fit-flavors Director of Operations holds a pivotal role overseeing all aspects of production and store operations, including processes, performance, and staff, in accordance with the fit-flavors Disciplined Operations Framework.
In this capacity, the Director of Operations is accountable for attaining operational excellence. This entails the achievement of all operational targets, the proactive implementation of asset maintenance and reliability measures, vigilant oversight of quality control, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and employing a problem-solving approach that eradicates problems at their root.
Recognized as a leader in continuous improvement and innovation, the Director of Operations identifies areas for improvement, resolves bottlenecks, and actively pursues opportunities to enhance profitability through operational excellence.
Within the fit-flavors Disciplined Operations Framework, the Director of Operations takes full ownership of the core elements "Asset Care" and "Operate," while working collaboratively with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) on matters pertaining to the core elements of "Management Systems" and "Organization and Talent."
Required: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field
Required: Six (6) or more years of experience leading manufacturing processes, including work processes, operations excellence, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement
Required: Four (4) or more years of experience managing teams
Preferred: Three (3) or more years of experience in sales or customer support
Experience driving talent development initiatives
Strong leadership and follow through
Detail-oriented
Proven record of innovation and forward-thinking
Desire and willingness to develop professionally
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Background and/or interest in health/nutrition industry
Full-Time; 45 hours per week
Monday - Friday; 7 AM - 4 PM
