Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infection Prevention Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating infection prevention and control programs within our healthcare facility. The Infection Prevention Nurse will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to minimize the risk of healthcare-associated infections and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential infection risks and areas for improvement.
• Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop strategies for infection prevention and control.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
