As a *LNA/ CNA*, you will provide exceptional patient care, offering physical support and assisting with daily living needs. Your role will involve monitoring vital signs, engaging in meaningful interactions with patients, and advocating for their well-being.
* Collect routine specimens;
* Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises;
* Assist with clients personal care activities;
* Maintain patients care records and document provided services;
* Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support;
* Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition;
* Obtaining a wide range of information from physicians, caregivers and nurses about patient condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities;
* Turning and repositioning bedridden patients;
* Ensuring patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preference

* *NH state license required. *
* *1-2 years of Nursing Assistant exp.*

* *Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is Required*
