Receiving
- Safely operate a forklift to unload trucks
- Is responsible for accurately receiving material into inventory.
- Unloads and stores material in proper locations and perform receiving transactions.
- Communicates potential supply problems to supervisor and purchasing.
- Issues material to plant wide personnel and accurately performs system transactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills
Knowledge of inventory control
Basic computer skills
Excellent forklift / material handling skills
Basic math for verification and receipt of materials
working knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory computer transactions
