Network Automation Engineer (top secret) Fort Eisenhower, GA
We are supporting a client in search for an Automation Engineer our of Fort Eisenhower, GA. This position will be hybrid with varying days onsite. This will also be a 6 month contract to hire opportunity (starting as fulltime W2 with Eliassen then after 6 months converting to a fulltime W2 of our client). - Automations and Integration lead for PM Tactical Network. Contributed code, testing and development to the Lightweight Provisioning Environment (LPE) and Rapid Deployment Tool (RDT) provisioning suites. Responsible for working with Microsoft Premiere Dev team to provide PM TN with an easy to use, scalable provisioning solution targeting a 10 Level Army Operator.
- Agile Software Developer. Helps manage and maintain the PM Tactical Network Azure DevOps (ADO) code repository and Azure Blob storage. This is the primary source control for the PM TN family or products and automation solutions. Project Manager for TNE_Automations project, which includes code from various TNE collaboration efforts.
- Senior developer for anything that goes between vendor (MAG/AASKI) and Network Integration Technical Enhancement (NITE), Scalable Network Node (SNN) and Network Modernization (NETMOD) automation products.
- Designed, wrote, and delivered a cost-free automation solution (LightSpeed) to provision Tactical endpoints for rapid delivery to the Warfighter.
- Designed, wrote and delivered the Cisco Call Manager Provisioning Tool (CMPT) at zero additional cost to the Taxpayer.
- Designed, wrote and delivered the REDCOM Sigma Provisioning Tool (SPT) at zero additional cost to the Taxpayer.
- Responsible for providing resolution and solution support between the various vendors and PM TN projects.
- Works with Unit Leaders and Soldiers to rectify issues that arise with newly issue or already fielded PM Tactical Network assemblages.
