Responsibilities:

They will be responsible for optimizing revenue generation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to enhance financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, in a physician practice setting.
• In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, reimbursement, and compliance.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in healthcare billing and practice management software
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) certification is a plus
