Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive Base Salary if you have no prior experience and competitive salaries for licensed and experienced employees 30% new commission (avg. 1st year is $20-30k) and eventual commission split once validated of 45N/31R Book Profit Sharing. We write the Accounts we focus on marketing to: $25k - $500k premium accounts and courtesy of Erie Insurance, we have an industry leading 75% closing ratio. • Full Salary Paid while training for P&C License
