NorthLife Aesthetics & Wellness is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for Medical Clinic Near Coeur d'Alene, ID

Patient Care Coordinator needed for full-time position at exclusive medical office that specializes in weight loss, men's health (ED and PE), full body aesthetics, and women’s wellness. Modern and professional office in Coeur d'Alene. No evenings or weekends. Must be available M-F between the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm. Fast-paced, fun office. Must be immediately available. You will be contacted for personal interview.

Qualifications:

-Must be able to think on your feet, handle challesnges like a pro with a strong sense of urgency.

-Must have positive attitude, exceptional customer service and strong oral/written communication.

-Must have good computer skills with knowledge of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, the Internet, and basic phone system experience as well. Accurate and speedy typing is necessary to keep up with the variety of emailing and data entry that is required daily.

-Must be detail oriented, extremely organized, resourceful, and a multi-tasker.

-High School Diploma

-Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical or med spa setting

-Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in building a longstanding relationship with our company. This is a small business, family-friendly environment and multi-tasking with a teamwork mindset is critical to succeed along with being very dependable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You are the first person that our patients meet – from answering the phones, greeting them when they arrive, to scheduling follow-ups – you will perform all front office-related tasks.

-Maintain accurate patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information

-Assists patients with medication dose changes and counseling.

-Manage weight loss patients' medications and dosing, including office stock inventory.
