We are looking for a bright, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our organization as a Network Engineer. This position is responsible for analyzing, planning, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing the network infrastructure and application components. Provides direction, information and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations to the IT Manager.

1. Responsible for the monitoring and performance of network devices. Maintain the security and health of network devices. Monitor for potential security risks or threats, and employee misuse of network resources. Investigate faults in the network and escalate to the Head of Innovation and Information Technology.

2. Active Directory Management duties: add users, remove uses, change access control rights. Annually compile security audit of Active Directory environment.

3. Responsible for performing and documenting network and system change management in accordance with policies and procedures. Notify responsible and/or affected business units of scheduled changes.

4. Perform routine patch management of VMware hosts, Windows Servers and Workstations, other various 3rd party applications, firewalls, routers and switches in accordance with our Patch Management Policy.
