The Table Games Floor Supervisor, operates and conducts table games in accordance with Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming procedures and internal controls, and the rules and procedures of the appropriate game and supervises table games in accordance with Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming procedures and internal controls, as well as the rules and procedures of the appropriate game by performing the following.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

1. Deals cards to players as appropriate according to established rules and regulations.
2. Exchanges paper currency for playing chips or coin money. Verifies beginning and ending chip money and money balances and confirms supporting documentation. Receives fills and distributes credits.
3. Ensures that wagers are placed before cards are dealt, roulette wheel is spun, or dice are tossed. Monitors game and notifies manager of any disputes, problems or concerns with either a patron or the progress of a game.
4. Promotes and encourages positive customer relations.
5. Announces winning number, color or hand to players.
6. Verifies beginning and ending chip money and money balances and confirms supporting documentation. Receives fills and distributes credits. Exchanges paper currency for playing chips.
7. Recognize internally issued promotional coupons and handles as appropriate.
8. Computes payable odds to pay winning bets; pays winning bets and collects losing bets.
9. As needed will perform duties related to a full time floor by performing the following:
10. Implement procedures and monitors performance of personnel to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations in accordance with Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming procedures and gaming enterprise's internal controls.
11. Oversees operation and conduct at gaming tables.
12. Coordinates dealer schedules and ensures that assigned tables are properly and sufficiently equipped.
13. Handles customer complaints/compliments.
14. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
15. Supervises employees in the Table Games department.
16. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws.
17. Responsibilities include training, monitoring employees; planning, assigning, and directing work and disciplining employees
18. Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What we're looking for:

1. High school diploma or G. E. D. equivalent
2. Minimum of two years table games experience.
3. Ability to obtain Gaming License.
