The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for a professional who will be responsible for keeping track of and organizing all products located in the dry storage, walk-in coolers, and freezers for each venue located on site.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Proper FIFO (First in First out) rotations.
- Receiving/unpacking deliveries and dating product.
- Monthly Inventory counts for data control.
- Assists the Executive Sous Chef in ordering supplies and keeps records and accounts.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous direct kitchen experience is required.
- Ability to obtain a Washington Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
