Healthcare United is seeking a B/C Primary Care Physician to join an established practice in Philadelphia, PA. Physician must work with patients suffering from chronic illnesses and substance abuse issues. No visa candidates at this time.

• Salary will be discussed directly with candidate
• Brand new state-of-the-art facility
• Schedule: 8-5 Monday-Friday
• Setting: Outpatient
• Procedures: No
• Patient Volume/Patients per day: 12-16
• Patient Age Demographics: 35-55 years old
• Experience working at FQHC a plus
• EMR System: E-Clinical
• Must be Board-Certified in FM/IM
• Support staff include: Medical Assistants, Nurses, Social Workers
