Noble Casing, Inc. is Hiring a Casing Pusher Near Dickinson, ND

Direct the activities of Service Technicians in the delivery of casing and tubing services. A Casing Pusher reports to the District Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
In charge of running the crew.
Maintain good communication with the crew and superiors.
Ensures tools, equipment, and spare parts for jobs are loaded and available on truck.
Repair and maintenance.
Lead pre-job safety meetings with essential personnel.
Responsible for all aspects of job performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct training of service technicians when needed.
Communicate with company men upon arrival at job sites.
Communicate directions given by superiors to the personnel you oversee.
Operating tongs.
Ensures torque specs are correct.
Complying with company rules and regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages 2-8 subordinates working as a team. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this team.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present
information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
