Job Summary:
Strong hands on experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices. Actively contribute and participate in design and architecture discussions, daily stand-ups, and Agile Sprint planning sessions.
Providing superior design and solutions on the payments area. Good oral and written communication skills. Good Interpersonal and consultative skills. Should be able to facilitate meeting with product, Owner, and cross walk team. Hands on experience in Rally, Jira etc

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
•Write well designed testable, efficient code, and ensure that the designs comply with specifications.
•Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices, unit testing subject area, agile development, and CI/CD strategies
•Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time of the team members.
•Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
•Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the product/application
•Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi - task
•Promotes continuous process improvement especially in code quality, test ability & reliability. Raise concerns risks if needed and must be a good listener Effective written and verbal communication skills and good listening skills
