Job DescriptionUnder the responsibility of the Customer Success Director you will join our growing American team to manage our portfolio of clients in the US :
O Onboard and train clients on the tool
O Analyze data to improve customer experience
O Handle and resolve customer requests, problems and questions
O Maintain ongoing customer relationships
O Network to identify new needs from our customers and potential business growth
O Minimize customer churn
O Participate in events and forums
Qualificationsu 2 years proven experience for an CPG/FMCG manufacturer as a Category Manager or other commercial position (trade manager, e-commerce ...)
u Autonomous, looking for new challenges and accompanying the exploding e-commerce market is a real motivation for you
u Highly analytical, ability to utilize Excel and PowerPoint to conduct and present analytics
u Passion for service and customer satisfaction
u Bilingual Spanish
u You have excellent communication skills
u Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team
u Willingness to travel as required
