Duties of the Automation Service Technician:
Provide onsite service, installation and troubleshooting of automated equipment
Program and troubleshoot a variety of PLCs, HMIs, Robots, drives etc.
Assist with mechanical and mechanism troubleshooting
Work closely with customers, engineers, maintenance technicians to provide solutions
Qualifications of the Field Service Engineer:
Experience programming PLC and other automated equipment
Good work history, positive attitude, self-directed
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Superb customer service skills; ability to serve as face of company
Ability to travel
