Job Summary:

We are seeking a Food Service Worker / Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests. As a Food Service Worker / Server, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, but not required.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.

* Basic math and cash handling skills.

* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

* Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays and equipment, if necessary.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.

* Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the system.

* Serve meals and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.

* Provide attentive and efficient customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

* Ensure that all food and drink items are presented correctly and in a timely manner.

* Clear and clean tables and dining area after each guest's departure.

* Assist with basic food preparation and setup, as needed.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including stocking supplies.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* Strong work ethic and reliability.

* Ability to work well in a team environment.
