Sales Ambassador

Position: Studio Ambassador For Port Charlotte Market

Ecosun Homes is the leading Net Zero home builder in the state of Florida, and we are growing at lightning speed! We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced New Home Sales Ambassador to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed in our market in Port Charlotte, FL.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs and preferences and match them with our available homes through our proven sales process.
• Follow up with potential buyers and maintain communication throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience
• Work with our design and construction teams to ensure that the homes we build meet the needs and expectations of our customers
• Attend industry events and network to promote our company and generate leads for new business
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records of all sales activity

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the home building process, including construction and design, is a plus
