The New England Center for Children (NECC) is seeking a full-time ABA Therapist for their autism Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EIBI) program. Training will be provided that could lead to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Additionally, ongoing supervision by a BCBA will be available for RBTs and BCBA candidates.
The Early Childhood ABA Therapist will provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to a young child with autism in their home and/or childcare center. The Early Childhood ABA Therapist plays an important role in the child’s EIBI program by directly implementing skill development and behavior reduction protocols specified in their individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Building supportive and professional relationships with children and families is an important part of the ABA Therapist's role.
