Neuron Health Systems is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The Director will be responsible for maintaining quality of care throughout the entire facility . The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience within Nursing Home environment , demonstrative nursing leadership, a strong ability to work with and develop knowledge of the healthcare industry are expected. A salary commensurate with experience and an excellent benefit package is offered .

Purpose of this position

The purpose of this position is to provide nursing management , set resident care standards for all the direct care providers and provide complete supervision and management for the nursing department

Communication/Language- Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Ability to read , analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals , financial reports , and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from residents and their families, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information on top management and/or boards of directors.

Reasoning Ability -Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills - Must be familiar with software such Word, Excel & Point click care.
