Mission Our ideal candidate should be an independent, tech-savvy, driven individual with great people skills and a passion for writing. This position will support the execution, evaluation and improvement of the regional digital marketing campaigns, leveraging the Azelis Customer Portal and Social media platforms. Main Accountabilities Portal content maintenance : Ensure data accuracy and relevance (portfolio, formulations), Update monthly the content of the portals with new formulations and articles in alignment with the Marketing Content team and local teams, Leverage and maximize the content obtained through various portals. Digital Marketing campaigns: Strategize and translate business targets into thought-through digital campaigns, including: SEO management for the customer portals, Conversion rate optimization, Create compelling, inspirational Social Medial (Customer Portal, e-mailing, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) content in line with the marketing plan to increase customer awareness, interest and generate actionable leads, Stay UpToDate with the latest market trends and tools in terms of digital marketing. Portal & Digital channels performance: Analyze the performance of the portal every two weeks and provide a report highlighting the achievements and areas of improvement, Ensure that we are on track with our business performance goals for the portals and communicate the results to the management, Bring new ideas to promote the portal's performance further. Communication: Become a primary regional user of the portal. Schedule monthly updates with the local sales team to discuss the portal's performance. Ensure that the local teams receive comprehensive training on the portal's settings.. Portal implementation: Lead the Customer Portal implementation; data implementation by market segment within the region: Coordinate the migration of the products and formulation datasheets with the local teams within the region; Organize and follow through yearly calendar targets and ensure content pipeline are reached within timely implementation; Skills & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field. Four years of experience. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, Proficient in marketing automation tools, Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Communication in English is a must, ability to converse in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean is an added advantage. Excellent team & collaboration skills, excellent project management competencies. Highly organized, hands-on, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Sense of ownership, initiative and drive (problem solver, self-starter and forward thinker with a bias for prompt action and removing roadblocks, accountable to get things done in a timely manner).
