Requirements & Responsibilities
- 6 years of active development experience on Salesforce Platform
- 6 years of project experience in a hands-on technical position
- Work directly with our customers to run discovery sessions, perform requirement gatherings, and present best-in-class solutions
- Lead technical design sessions with customers and project teams, and the creation of Technical Design Specifications
- Ability to quickly acquire new technical & domain expertise and keep updated on the latest Salesforce features and major launches/releases
- Ability to lead Sr. Developers/Developers on the team, mentor and train them as needed
- Enterprise project experience/exposure is a plus
Technical skills:
- Participate in architecting solutions, owning a module/s, and delivering customized solutions
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform's capabilities, architecture, and limitations
- Knowledge of one or more clouds is preferable
- Hands-on experience in writing code in Apex, Aura, LWC, JavaScript
- ETL tool experience/exposure such as MuleSoft/Informatica is a huge plus
- Hands-on experience in any JavaScript technologies like Node, Angular, React is a huge plus
- Must follow best practices and involved in code reviews
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
- Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is a must
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
- Platform Developer II certification is a plus
- Any other developer or domain certification is preferable
- Has worked on multiple Salesforce projects and implementations and leveraged Agile methodologies
- Has worked on multiple deployments, familiar with DevOps and release management, and understands multi-environment strategy
- Must have implemented 1 or more REST/SOAP-based API Integrations
- Experience implementing multi-cloud projects is a huge plus
- Experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management
