Internal Medicine/Primary Care private practice looking for experienced part time APRN-C to start immediately. No entry-level please.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as APRN-C in primary care/internal medicine.
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Be able to work autonomously.
• 20-25 patients per day.
• EMR proficient.(EClinical Works).
• HEIDIS, HCC coding.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient
• Collaborate with team in order to meet criteria for HEIDIS/MRA completion in a timely manner.

Salary:

• $50-$60/hr.

Schedule:

• Part-Time position.
• 8 hour shift
• Thursday- Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
• Outpatient only.
• No hospital
• No call
