Job Title: Line Operator

Seeking a motivated Line Operator to join our team. You will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families. As a Production Line Operator, you play a key role in our manufacturing process. You will support continuous and high-yield production of our pizzas by performing line duties in Bakery and Assembly areas and ensuring that product meets quality standards. Our Nestle manufacturing facilities provide a safety-first environment and are committed to efficient production processes.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shifts, Monday-Friday working 8 hour shifts, with opportunities for overtime
  • Starting hourly pay of $21.25

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

* Work in multiple stations between different equipment on Assembly Lines 1-4 and in the Bakery.

* Monitor, inspect and weigh ingredients and product to meet specifications

* Perform all back up duties as trained and assigned.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

* Develop working knowledge of production equipment and operate machinery.

REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma or GED preferred

* Basic math and reading skills

* Manufacturing or production experience preferred

Skills:

* Maintain regular work attendance.

* Good peripheral vision.

* Muscle coordination and finger dexterity.

* Work in a team environment.

* Maintain neat and accurate documentation when required.
