Our client is a producer of ingredient solutions used in multiple industries. They are in search of a hands-on Process Engineer to join their team at their northwest Wisconsin facility, roughly 35 miles from Eau Claire, WI.
As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide technical expertise in fermentation process
- Responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in CAPEX projects
- Support new product development and scale-up
- Promote positive safety behaviors and ensure projects adhere to safety policies
Salary Range: $90,000/year - $110,000/year

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or similar engineering degree
- 2 years of experience in food manufacturing facility
- Previous experience with full-scale fermentation and/or extraction is required
