We typically give our agents:
*- Around 5 Residential buyer leads per week *(there is an option to take leads in all of Oahu for a higher lead volume).
*- Around 1 Residential seller leads per week*
*- Around 1 Commercial real estate leads per week (Optional)*
*- Around 5 Renter leads per week (Optional)*

Amo Realty is planning to hire 1-2 agents for our new Honolulu office. We will be providing a steady stream of clients to our agents and will have enough clients for 1-2 agents to stay fully booked across Oahu.
Amo is a unique privately owned 50-agent boutique-style national real estate company with 12 very small offices in 12 states. We have very small teams in each micro office across the country. We're able to constantly give a constant flow of clients to our small teams of agents. One of our agents closed a $22m sale from one of our leads.
We have a really unique goldmine lead system where high quality buyer and seller clients are constantly provided to our agents each week. We've had the same system for over 16 years and help keep our agents fully booked. We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sale leads to our agents.
New agents at Amo really have the opportunity to make $100,000-$200,000 or much more.
