PURPOSE The Epic Reporting Analyst supports the mission of Neighborcare by designing, developing, testing, documenting, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports across applications supported by Neighborcare, especially Epic. This includes requirements definitions, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing. The Epic Reporting Analyst works closely with the IT Dept. and a cross section of staff to understand the reporting needs of end users of reports, translating this information into the design and development of reports and dashboards that meet business needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and ability to balance competing priorities.

This position is eligible for the Staff Referral Program PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Display knowledge of the Neighborcare data systems (Epic Reporting Work Bench, Radar Dashboards, Slicer Dicer, Business Objects, & Crystal Reports)
- Responsible for the execution of full reporting lifecycle from design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, andtroubleshooting
- Support internal and external reporting needs of the organization
- Lead requirement gathering for new reports via ticket or meetings with Neighborcare stakeholders/staff
- Coordinate with staff, technical analysts, and other IT staff to monitor system data integrity and to coordinate corrections toeither the data, or resulting reports
- Develop and utilize reporting standards to ensure a high degree of consistency surrounding layout and usability of reports.
- Promote visibility and transparency of reporting needs and requests in the organization
- Act as a technical liaison between users Epic related reporting systems and IT
- Act as a consultant to stakeholders/staff when socializing reporting solutions by providing on-going technical support, service,and education to improve
- Coordinate the timely delivery and distribution reports
- Participates in process improvement activities, as needed
- Participate in IT project planning as appropriate
- Collaborate with application vendors when needed
- Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, Neighborcare Health policies and procedures, including
- Neighborcare Health Privacy, Security and Compliance policies and procedures, HIPAA, Code of Conduct, and the Federal TortClaims Act (FTCA)
- Regular attendance at work

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES - Demonstrated hands-on experience producing business or clinical reports and dashboards using EMR reporting tools with astrong preference for Epic reporting tools
- Direct experience in healthcare environments, especially ambulatory care
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to communicate with end users (many with minimal understanding about data analytics) about their data needs andtranslate the information into data specifications
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Expertise with EMR reporting tools with a strong preference for Epic application
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Attention to detail
- Strong organization, time management, project management, and negotiation skills
- Process improvement skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS Preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional relevant work experience can be applied in lieu of a degree.
Years of Relevant Experience Required: 3 years of data reporting experience

Compensation - The wage range for this position is minimum $67,670.00to $91,956.80 maximum.
- Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience.
