COME GROW WITH US! The NEEDS Center is seeking RBT's (Registered Behavior Technicians!) Now offering a $1,500 ($750 upon hire and $750 after 6 months of employment) sign-on Bonus to hired candidates for all locations.
NEEDS Center’s mission is to provide education, training, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to assist them to live as independently as possible.
Working under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, provide direct 1:1 ABA services to students in a school setting in the Boston, MA area.
Implement student programs and behavior management procedures according to the students management guidelines, IEP and behavior intervention plan.
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and experience implementing ABA techniques is required.
These positions are full time in a school setting, M -F 8am - 4pm.
Experience working with children with autism required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and/or dual diagnosis. The NEEDS Center’s philosophy is rooted in the tenets of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Positive Behavior Support (PSB). The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center draw on the best of both disciplines in order to assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.

Salary: $55,000.00 annually
