EXPERIENCE: Desirable a minimum of 2 years in similar operations

LOCATION: Margaritaville Resort Orlando

SHIFT: Daytime - Weekdays

(OPEN & CLOSED PARK HOURS)

Regularly Monday through Friday rotating 40 HOURS typically morning/afternoon shift- All Saturdays and Sundays off, unless storm emergency

QUALIFICATIONS/Physical requirements ( Summer and Winter ):

LANDSCAPING:

• Telescoping hedger operator
• Palm / tree trimming with pole saw or on lift (Lift operator certification a plus or willingness to learn)
• Shrub and groundcover replacement
• Re-mulching / detailing
• General landscape areas clean up

TRANSPORTATION:

• Valid Driver License (required)
• Own transportation / Clean driving record
• Able to drive golf cart responsibly
• Transport trash to dumpsters (Handle Up to 50 lbs.)

IRRIGATION ( Desirable experience or proactively willing to learn and train for):

• Small emergency irrigation repair of sprinkler heads or drip irrigation tubing.
• Small irrigation adjustments
• Irrigation controller basic knowledge or proactive interest in learning

90% Landscaping 10% Small irrigation repair and miscellaneous activities like small paver pads for trash bins
