Our GEICO Local Office is rapidly growing, and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit into our agency. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time Insurance Sales position. You will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to new prospects, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

• Make outgoing calls to follow-up prospects' quote requests
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
• Respond to all inquiries and sales requests within specified timeframe
• Cross sell products to existing clients
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Immediately greet all customers entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in the insurance industry or 1 year of sales experience
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
• Possess or willing to obtain 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 insurance license
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• Great Customer Service skills
• Driven and goal-oriented

• Bilingual a plus!
