Title: Clinical Nurse- Oncology

Responsibilities:

• PICC Midline Cath dressing change, blood draw, infusion, maintenance
• Experience with infusion pumps a plus
• Excellent venepuncture skills, Access Ports
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviour
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Education and Training:

• Experience as clinical Nurse for one year minimum
• ACLS and BLS required
• Vaccination required.
