Customer Service Duties:

• Assist customers with lifting/moving products, and loading purchases into vehicles
• Pull orders for customer pick-up
• Direct customer questions to the appropriate nursery personnel
• Assist customers in locating plant material
• Assist customers with tarping their trucks to ensure proper transportation of material

Other Job Duties:

• Facility maintenance
• Mowing/Weeding/String trimming
• Equipment maintenance
• Cleaning machinery and routine inspections
• Assist the logistics team by making deliveries and pick-ups for customers

Minimum Requirements:

• Willingness to expand plant knowledge
• Ability to lift up 50 lbs. continuously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works well with others in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to take direction, and follow-through
• Experience operating machine preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver's License
• Capable of driving small to mid-size trucks
• Experience operating skid steer/backhoe and small equipment a Plus

Environmental Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a multitude of weather conditions that include: rain, heat, cold, snow, etc.
