Job Duties and Responsibilities The National Title Program traces the ownership journey of real property, instilling confidence in DISH's network foundations through precise acquisition and interpretation of legal documents. It resolves issues like ownership complexities, restrictive language, high debt ratios, and historical encumbrances, ensuring long-term network security with minimal disruptions or additional costs.
The National Program Manager - Title collaborates with various internal and external partners and vendors to ensure the successful deployment of our 5G wireless network.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will:
- Review title reports to decide and confirm necessary steps to cure title risk for challenges such as Ownership complexities, Restrictive Language, and High Debt ratios
- Assist local markets with training on title issues and provide guidance to local markets on solutions
- National vendor management and the review/approval of environmental reports
- Perform site reviews and acknowledge vendor payments
- Continually assess policies and procedures to ensure site development efforts remain efficient and to allow for appropriate risk assessment
- Utilize proprietary systems to track required reports
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Skills, Experience and Requirements As a successful National Program Manager, you will have:
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- 2 or years of proven experience working in the title and/or wireless industry
Skills and Qualifications: - An understanding of title challenges such as Ownership complexities, Restrictive Language, High Debt ratios, and other historical encumbrances
- Experience managing hundreds of projects simultaneously
- Experience managing vendors
- Experience with wireless site acquisition
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Salary Ranges Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,000.00/Year
