Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, ACLS, PALS- Facility will not pend License/Certs)
- 2 years of CURRENT ICU experience
- Recent experience with high acuity MS/Tele patients
- Prior travel experience- Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- New Hampshire license (Compact Allowed)
- PALS
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
