Our Challenge:

As a Project/Program Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and drive the initiation and implementation of the ISO program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  2. Leverage expertise in FX to understand and articulate the impact of ISO rules on our FX operations and develop strategies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project/program scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with ISO requirements and organizational objectives.
  4. Represent multiple teams in discussions with senior stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication on program status, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
  5. Develop and execute a comprehensive project/program plan, including timelines, resources, risk management, and change management processes.
  6. Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business units, and regulatory compliance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to ISO implementation.
  7. Drive communication and change management activities to ensure awareness, understanding, and adoption of ISO-related changes across the organization.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program progress, issues, and key decisions.

Requirements:

You are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive experience as a Project/Program Manager in the financial services industry with a strong background in Foreign Exchange (FX).
  • In-depth understanding of ISO standards and their implications for FX operations and transactions.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent multiple teams in discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to drive successful program delivery and change management.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Relevant certifications in project management, compliance, or financial regulations are advantageous.
  • Experience in leading ISO or regulatory compliance programs within the financial services industry.
