We are seeking a Medical Assistant Receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls effectively
• Gather information from the patient and passing them paperwork for office visit
• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vitals on each patients
• Checking out patient , determine their copay and collect payment
• Provide discharge instructions to the patient and make sure medications are called in
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff

Qualifications:

• Management experience preferred (Non-Healthcare related management experience is accepted)
• Retail Experience preferred (able to promote and sell Aesthetics packages)
• Able to Draw blood /phlebotomy skills are not mandatory but preferred
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures are not mandatory but preferred
• Strong organizational skills

We are currently looking for Friday/Saturday 9am-9 pm coverage as well as flexibility to cover as needed on other days of the week with pay differential for the flexibility.
