Senior Research Associate- Cell Therapy 2028865
Location: Cambridge MA (Onsite)

Job Overview: Seeking a Laboratory Specialist to execute and analyze CRISPR/Cas9 genome edited T cell therapy experiments, characterizing and evaluating their functionality for anti-tumor effects in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively conduct experiments involving T cell engineering, characterization, cryopreservation, and functional assays to assess efficacy both in the lab and through animal studies.
• Engage in in vitro assays, including cytotoxicity and cytokine profiling, to determine the specificity and potency of CRISPR-engineered T cells against cancer.
• Analyze research data to develop insights and strategic directions for future CRISPR-related T cell therapy explorations, while meticulously documenting all processes and findings in electronic lab notebooks and communicating results within the organization.

Primary Job Requirements:

• Masters with 2 years of industry experience
• Expert in multi-color flow cytometry, cytokine ELISA/MSD assays, and cytotoxicity tests with tumor cells.
• Experienced in animal handling, IVIS imaging, tumor measurement, and developing murine tumor models.
• Proficient in cell culture maintenance, viability assessments, troubleshooting, and advanced PCR techniques.
• Familiarity with cell therapy landscape, especially CAR or TCR-T therapies, and experience in DNA sequencing and tissue processing is a plus.
