Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating vendors and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are on-time and within budget.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Monitor safety protocols and maintain quality control standards.
- Prepare cost estimates and negotiate contracts.
- Solve complex issues that arise with the projects.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local ordinances and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of Project Management experience in the Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, General Contractor, and Commercial Construction.
- Experience with Design-Build and Self-perform projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software.
