We are seeking a dependable, dedicated, and friendly orthodontic assistant to join our team. As an orthodontic assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting the orthodontist in various procedures. The position involves direct patient care with a variety of responsibilities that help our patients achieve their best smiles, including:

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Procedure setup
• Taking orthodontic records (radiographs, clinical photographs, 3-D scanning)
• Chair-side assisting
• Treatment adjustments
• Fitting bands
• Taking impressions
• Sterilization
• Clinic inventory
• Basic lab work (i.e. fabrication of retainers)
• Educating patients
• Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic/workplace.

Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. X-ray certification and Hep-B vaccine preferred. Pay is based on knowledge and previous experience. This position is 3-4 days per week (Optional Mondays. Mandatory Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
