This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule. Profile Summary: With direct or general supervision maintains and enhances relationships with smaller and less complex existing clients. Profile Description: Ensures client satisfaction through periodic client meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund performance Works closely with sales, recordkeeping, and operations staff Resolves problems and is assigned relatively smaller and less complex clients Has thorough understanding of assigned clients’ requirements Overall responsibility for client relationships Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED 1-3 years plan/client relationship experience Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication skills Good working knowledge of the company's products and services Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means - comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
