Job Summary:
Misdemeanor Filing Division is looking for a Clerical Specialist I in our Duval office. Assignments may be a combination of, but not limited to the following: scanning documents into an image tab, entering and updating information into office systems, preparing or filing office correspondence and documents, extracting or copying information from one record to another, photo copying/printing documents, stamping/sorting/distributing mail, addressing envelopes, answering phones, conveying messages, performing various office delivery runs and other miscellaneous duties as required. Serve as office receptionist and/or switchboard operator, as required. Other duties may include maintaining detailed records, and ordering/receiving/storing office supplies.
Position Requirements:
