About the role
MyEyeDr. is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Finance, Pricing and Payor Analytics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing financial strategies, pricing models, and payor analytics to drive the financial success of our organization. Reporting to the SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative pricing structures, enhance revenue optimization, and provide strategic insights into payor relationships.
This is a hybrid role with a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices.
You Will

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Partner on the design, execution and assessment of and implement effective pricing models for products and services through analysis and patient insights.
• Develop and maintain pricing-related tools, systems, and processes for accurate pricing analysis and decision-making.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, demand elasticity, and cost structures to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to optimize pricing strategies and sensitivity analyses for maximum market penetration.
• Support eCommerce expansion and monetization strategy initiatives and performance.
• Collaborate with Managed Vision Care to optimize payor reimbursements.
• Lead the analysis of payor performance and reimbursement trends.
• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost containment, such as layering multiple cost components and Insurance structures.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years experience in financial analysis, pricing strategies and payor analysis
• Previous experience working in retail pricing
• Previous experience working with health plans and insurance benefits
• Proven experienced financial leader
• Strong understanding of portfolio profitability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Robust analytical skills, ability to analyze, draw conclusions and develop recommendations and execute strategies
