The Talent Acquisition Coordinator aides the Talent Acquisition Team in processing incoming applications for corporate jobs, scheduling applicants for interviews with stakeholders, communicating status to applicants and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. This position is also responsible for managing and maintaining onboarding paperwoScheduling applicants for corporate positions for initial and follow-up job interviews, using electronic calendaring systems and the most effective means of communicating with each stakeholder (phone, email, text, online message systems).
Experience - 1-3 years of general office experience required; 1-3 years' experience managing confidential/sensitive data preferred and scheduling and maintaining new hire orientation.
