My Health Onsite manages employer sponsored health and wellness centers. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships with our patients. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a "number." Patients (ages 8 and up) may access a range of medical services including x-ray, onsite pharmacy, wellness services, and treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured - we make prevention our number one goal.

SummaryResponsible for coordination, development and evaluation of Clinical Development and Training.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. May require weekend flexibility based on the needs of the health centers. 

Essential Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with Chief Medical Officer, Corporate Pharmacist and staff in the development and maintenance of clinical protocols
• Participate with Provider Review Board, Continuous Quality Improvement Committee, Operations Meetings, and others as needed
• Oversee and develop New Hire Orientation and Onboarding, as well as clinical skill competencies and training programs
• Develop and maintain internal educational and training programs (ex BLS, BAT, UDS, etc)
• Identify gaps and make recommendations for clinical policy and procedure development, as well as programs to support adherence and remediation training
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with team in response to and in anticipation of organizational needs

Minimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience: At least 5 years of healthcare training experience
Travel: Routine travel between health centers 50-75%
Licensure: LPN or RN in the state of Florida

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop a plan of action to improve, implement and
  evaluate plan effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strategic decision maker, able to handle unforeseen issues
